The photos on this listing show the condition of the property when we acquired it in February of this year. Any necessary repairs/cleaning will be completed once the current tenant has vacated.

The minimum qualifications to rent are:

Adult family members that will be on the lease are permitted to combine income to reach three times the monthly rent. If non-family members/friends, income at two times the monthly rent required per tenant. Grounds upon which application may be denied are: (1) criminal history; (2) previous rental history; (3) current income; (4) credit history; or (5) failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application form.
