There is a public transportation center in this city, and Fast tail line, easy to commute to Seattle with less traffic and gas. The yard is big enough for those plants lovers to enjoy the flowers, trees and yard job! This lease agreement is for one year or longer, temporary or short term rental is not welcome. We need tenants should have stable job and income with decent credit scores, paying first plus one month deposit. The open tour days is from this weekend including Sunday. And this lease only covers the main up floor of this house. There is someone living downstairs with own separate entrance , nothing is shared. There is no access to each other, no appliances are shared, no doors or stairs are shared, no living space is shared. But drive way and garage need to be shared. The monthly rental is 2600 dollars, plus a 400 utilities fee including water, sewer, gas, electricity, except internet, also includes waste service and HOA. Airbnb is prohibitive here, neither business usage or child and adult care purpose. No mariguana is allowed. No big party is allowed in the midnight.
