Almost new barndominium, walk to Cordell Hull Lake. Qtr mile from Defeated Creek Marina. We bought this home Jan '25. Must sell to be closer to my daughter who is having my first grandchild! The Cumberland River and the Caney Fork River runs through the town, lending to gorgeous views of mountains, cliffs, and water everywhere you go. The larger towns of Lebanon, Cookeville, and Mount Juliet are only a hop, skip, and a jump away as well for more shopping choices. Enjoy the comforts of living in a small town, but close enough to big towns for more choices. Plus, the Nashville airport is only an hour away.
