Sorry, not set up for Section 8. Looking for responsible, respectful tenant that will be good neighbor and take good care of the house. First and last month's rent due at move in. No smoking. Cats and small to medium dogs welcome at $75/month fee. The uninsurable dog breeds are not permitted. Landlord maintains yard. Landlord covers garbage, Tenant covers all other utilities. One dedicated parking spot right in front of house, additional parking within a few steps. Tenant required to provide renters insurance.
