I wanted to let you know the house is finally available for open houses this weekend! OPEN HOUSE SCHEDULE: Saturday, August 16th at 9:00 to 1:00 Sunday, August 17th at 10:00 to 2:00 You're welcome to come over, look around, and ask any questions you'd like. If you're interested, you can fill out an application for a background check and fill out a quick application. The background checks are done by an independent 3rd party who'll look at credit and criminal records. You can get a copy of your report sent to your e-mail address included in the application fee. Costs for application is $75 for singles and $125 for couples. The house will be available to rent in late August. This is short notice, so the move in date is flexible. Oh, and both full bathrooms have skylights, custom cabinets, and granite countertops to match the kitchen. All of the previous tenants say the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and convenient to everything Tempe has to offer! Security deposit of $1,650, pet deposit, and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $300, plus first months rent due prior to signing.
