This beautiful, old-style home offers 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths. It was built in 1900, and while being older, still has sturdy hardwood floors. It's in the heart of Pawhuska and near the major hotspots in town. The neighborhood itself is quiet with good neighbors. This home has been in our family and belonged to my husband's Mimi before her passing. It holds many wonderful memories, and we are hoping that it can be restored to its former beauty. It does need some work, but nothing that an amateur handyman couldn't take care of. The kitchen ceiling will need to be repaired, as well as a small part of the ceiling in the dining room. The foundation will need a little touch-up. Most of the repairs needed are cosmetic. The floor is still healthy and intact. There is a smaller home on the lot behind the main house, but we couldn't get a good picture due to a downed tree limb. We are willing to negotiate.
