Commongrounds is a brand-new mixed-use building located on the Boardman-Ottaway River in downtown Traverse City. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, apply ASAP to secure your lease during Commongrounds grand opening phase our building is brand new and is in a phased opening between now and Spring 2023. Initial lease term will go until May 2024, with the right to renew for a regular annual lease. Residents have access to wellness areas and other events and spaces in the building. Each person will pay a $30/month facilities and amenities fee. You also must become a community member of Commongrounds Cooperative (one-time $50 share purchase). As a member, you will have the right to elect members to the Commongrounds board of directors and have a voice in other decisions about the building. Some building rules: - Quiet hours between 10pm-8am daily on the residential floors. - No pets at this time. - No smoking anywhere on the premises. - Shared laundry facilities are available onsite. - Residents with vehicles can purchase parking passes at the Old Town Parking Deck (.3 miles away) for $30/month.
