2/3 month lease, can continue the lease after the current one is over. Need to move out asap so we can move into the house we want. Our lease is up January 30, 2016. You can pay rent until the lease is up and move out or you can renew the lease with the office for how ever long you decide. Each individual over 18 years old must apply with the office, you will sign for the rest of the lease. We might be able to clear out the apartment sometime in November but December 1, 2015 can be your move in date. We will have the apartment clean and ready for you to move in. All of the buildings are currently being repainted. Brand new disposal. We don't pay for a garage but you may arrange for one with the office. You are sent a utilities card in the mail around the end of the month which includes water, gas, common area electric, etc. Which is usually around $50. Rent is due on the first of the month but you have until the 3rd to pay it without any late fees. Pets are allowed but you need to work out paperwork and fees with the office.
