The bedroom comes with an en suite full bathroom Level 2 is the open kitchen and dining space with a half bath and also a balcony facing west. Level 3 is Bedroom 2 and 3 and the laundry. Each room has its own bathroom The townhouse is in a safe and convenient location. Walking distance to whole food, Target, Best Buy and etc Renter pays for all utilities. No smoking is allowed.
