Owner pays for sewer and garbage collection. Tenant pays for water, electricity, gas, Internet, phone. Tenant can rent a washer and dryer from Landlord for $30 per month. Lease is for 12 months after one year tenant can opt to rent month to month for $200 more per month or for six months for $100 more per month. We are pet friendly with a $100 per pet deposit which is refundable given no property damage at lease end and $30 per pet per month. In addition to deposit there is a nonrefundable $50 fee for credit/background check due when deposit for house is given.
