A little over 900 sqft house, two bed, one bath home with tall ceilings and an open floor plan. It would make a fantastic rental for a savvy landlord. It also includes an extra 0.19-acre lot next door that you could use for parking, a large yard, or even to build another investment property later on. The bad things are that it has a slight bow in the living room floor. This needs to be rebraced and should be easy to fix. Also, there is a bow in the roof; this was explained to me by the roofer who put the roof on that it is because the old oak joists became warped over the years, but it was not structurally concerning. The goods, this house was COMPLETELY remodeled in 2005. This means it has a modern all-electric HVAC system, updated wiring, updated plumbing, new roof decking and shingles, properly insulated, and everything was put in brand new in 2005. I cannot owner finance but don't hesitate to get in touch with me with any questions or interest in seeing the home. Thank you.
