The living room has the most comfortable lounge sectional sofa (all down), surrounded by happy plants, crystals, and eastern morning light to brighten your day.. there's also a FlatScreen TV. The primary bedroom is small & cozy with a king size bed, sheep shearling rugs, ceiling fan, and blackout curtains. The main bath is a stunner, also small (a little snug for two at once, but do-able) with funky terra cotta painted floor tiles, travertine on all the walls and a white calacatta marble top. The spare room, aka Zen Den, has an assortment of weights, yoga mat, bolsters, straps, bands, etc. for your at home workout or stretching routine - this can also be converted into an office or guest bedroom. The lower level Basement has a stackable W/D and clothing line with lots of storage (shelving and hooks for all you gear heads). There is also a 2nd bathroom with a shower and larger bedroom with a Queen Size Bed. A single car garage is attached to the house with a doggy door to the fenced in yard and a large enough driveway to comfortably park 2 vehicles. Location, Location! Resting 1 block from downtown's Main Street, 1 block from Bogert Park & Bozeman Creek, and only a 5 minute walk to Peet's Hill where you can catch sunrise or sunset, and Tuesday's Farmers Market. Truly an exceptional location! Looking for a responsible professional individual or couple to enjoy my furnished home in the heart of downtown Bozeman. All utilities included (electric, gas, water, wifi, trash & recycling). Note, only 1 bedroom is furnished with a King bed. The guestroom is considered a workout/zen den. There is a Queen bed in the basement, but current egress windows are not to code. Be mindful of your water usage! Dogs can be considered and vetted by myself, the owner. I am a dog mom & lover after all. My rental dates can be somewhat flexible. I'm looking to rent my home all of June, all of July through August 21st. Professional Home Maintenance: I have lawn care & and bi-monthly housekeeping which I'd like to continue these services to ensure my property is well taken care of. The yard is mowed weekly through August and occasional gardeners will visit to keep up the landscape. If you have a dog, you will be required to scoop up the poo weekly in time for lawn mower. I would like to maintain a consistent bi-weekly cleaning and weekly watering of plants which can all be discussed further. Hot Tub: Requires some maintenance which we can also discuss. If being used, there are weekly responsibilities to ensure the water stays healthy & clean. No Smoking! Attached garage which has a doggy door to beautiful fenced in backyard should your pet(s) be approved. Pets would NOT be permitted on ANY furniture...There will be a professional cleaning fee charge if so.
