This home is a grand-sized two-bedroom, which some might configure as a three bedroom, using the massive family room as either a master bedroom or as a combination of a home office & guest area.
The kitchen, with quartz countertops and a massive handmade custom-crafted island that offers nice additional storage. The fridge has automatic ice & filtered water, and the oven is nearly new. Outdoor living spaces here are fantastic! The back patio is great for grilling and lounging under the twinkle lights. The garage is massive. It has a two-car sized door, but you could fit four Mazda 3s in it with some finesse. More likely, you'd park two cars and have an epic bike shop in there or a few scooters and a kayak. Regardless of your preference of toys, they'll probably fit better in this garage than any other rental you'll find in this price category.
