This is a private room with a shared bathroom. The room comes furnished with queen size bed/mattress and a five drawer dresser. The home is 2244 square feet, and includes a living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer for the tenants use. All current occupants are in their early 20s. The rent is $600 per month with prorated utilities -range from $125 to $165 depending on season and usage. There is a $400 security/cleaning deposit. A rental application, and screen fee are required. A signed month-to- month rental agreement will be established upon approval of renter. Please note that all of the current tenants are in their early 20s, and the shared bathroom is shared with a female tenant. This is a month-to-month rental agreement. Although there are cats and dogs presently had the house, we are not allowing more pets at this time because we are still working with the cats getting accustomed to each other. Renters must work together to keep the shared areas clean, e.g., kitchen and laundry room, and must work out arrangements for sharing the costs of paper goods and other groceries as may be necessary.
