I reside in the granny flat in the back of the property, so I prefer peaceful, older people who are not into loud parties or using drugs. No pets. No smoking in Home. There is an outside smoking area. Owner pays for Water, Trash, Internet. Renter pays for LP-gas (available at Home Depo for $20.00 per tank). Home has PV panels for part of Electricity. Renter pays the electricity used by the air-conditioner. Owner reserves right to not charge for Electricity if usage is reasonable. 3 month lease then month to month. Parking on street.
