This front facing two bedroom en suite condo has washer/dryer, a/c, an in-ground pool, a work out facilities, a storage unit, and one garage parking space are all included in the monthly rent. There is a $200 application fee and a $250 move-in/move-out fee. This unit is very easy to show. There is also a broker fee equal to one months rent to be split equally between each firm.
