The condo also has a new hot water heater, a/c and heater, and a new washer The complex has a large heated pool, private storage shed in pool area. The condo has one parking space, visitor parking when available, windows in the front of condo , on the sides and in the back. HOA background check+$150 application fee is requiredThe first month's rent of $1850+$1000 security deposit required, however, I would consider a 6 month rental of $2850 per month + $1000 security deposit. My condo is partially furnished in case rental has their own furnishings and /style , however I could help with locating some if necessary. A 6 month rental would be furnished. There's no smoking permitted in condo, no pets, no motorcycles, no work trucks. There's great viewing of our Christmas boat parade. There's lots of shopping and restaurants /bars in the area. You can enjoy fishing from our dock and seeing all of the wildlife in the area incuding our adorable ,little Burrowing Owls which are all over Cape Coral.
