Location: Centrally located 7 minutes from downtown San Diego, 5 minutes to SR-94 and I-5, and 3 minutes to I-15 and 805.
Lease Terms & Occupancy: A 1-year lease is required; shorter terms may be negotiated for an additional rent premium.
Rent is $2,200/month for single occupancy. A second tenant may be considered for an additional $400/month to accommodate increased utility use (total $2,600/month for two occupants).
Pets: One small dog (30 lbs. or under) may be approved pending an in-person meet-and-greet. A $150 pet deposit applies. No cats due to compatibility with existing dogs who live with the landlord on the property.
