LENGTH OF LEASE
The minimum lease term is 12 months. The maximum lease term is 36 months. Sixty-days notice is required at the end of the lease. Preference will be given to applicants who are willing to sign a longer lease.
PARKING
Rent includes two reserved parking spaces that are directly in front of the house. There are ten unmarked visitor spaces across from the house. They are available on a first come first served basis. Parking is also available on Church St.
Commercial vehicles are not allowed to be regularly parked within the Council Square sub-division.
PETS
Pets of any kind are prohibited on this property.
RENT MUST BE PAID BY DIRECT DEPOSIT
Tenant/s must pay the rent via direct deposit each month. Landlord will provide details of the account in the lease.
SMOKING
Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the property (in the house and in the front and back yards).
SUBLETTING
Subletting to anyone other than those listed on the lease is prohibited.
RENTER/S' INSURANCE
