And it is a short bike ride, walk to the local beach, breweries, restaurants. I built a garden on the side of the house if you like planting things. There is office space available if you work from home. No Smoking, any pets must get along with current pets, no more than two overnight guests a week, clean up after yourself, be kind and considerate of everyone else.
