This ADU is located in our backyard, which is nestled in the town of Mountain View, Colorado just 7 blocks west of the Tennyson Street shops & restaurants. All appliances are included, along with in-unit washer & dryer. The home has forced/central heating as well as a window AC unit. Access to the yard will be shared with the homeowners and our very loving Bernese Mountain Dog named Murphy - so renters must be dog-friendly :) Street and alley parking is available. The unit includes a large storage shed which the renter will have full access to. We are ultimately looking for responsible, kind tenants to share our backyard with. Long term lease is preferred. Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis as they must get along with our pup. Please feel free to reach out with any questions! Internet is provided.
