The main bedroom has a very comfortable full-sized bed, while the second bedroom is a flexible space with a stylish full-sized convertible bed and desk for working. Both rooms have lovely park views. There is a full bathroom with a tiled step-in shower and plenty of extra storage in a floor-to-ceiling built-in cabinet. The fully stocked kitchen has newer granite countertops, cabinets and appliances, gas stove, a charming grey and white checkered floor, pantry cabinet, and all the utensils, dishes, and cooking supplies you might need. There is an in-unit washer and dryer and a corner-booth style dining space. The living room has a large smart TV, Bluetooth enabled CD and record player, and library corner with bookshelves and books, including a handy assortment of cookbooks. The large open-concept studio has its own kitchen and the 2nd full bath. There is a dedicated workspace with a standup/high-seat desk with park views, fitness space, pub table, seating/lounge area and large smart TV that is mounted to be viewed from anywhere. This studio has a full-sized convertible couch and a twin-sized roll-a-way, blackout blinds and curtains, its own mini-split for cooling/heating, oversized high-tech ceiling fan/light, and a tankless water heater for on-demand hot water. Board games and a DVD player provide further options to enjoy this space. The beautiful, expansive yard is landscaped and has a covered propane BBQ with bar height seating. There are spaces for relaxing, including a hammock, and stone-surround firepit with lounge chairs. There is a table and chairs for outside dining.
