This unit is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown San Jose with easy access to SJSU, shopping, dining, and nightlife. Community amenities include a coin/ phone app-operated laundry facility, bike storage area with a charging plug, and community meeting/ study room. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. Renters are responsible for gas and electricity. Street parking only, permits are available from the City of San Jose. Application fees are $45 for manual(paper) applications and $23 for online applications. A 6-month minimum lease is required.
