A one-year lease is required along with $1,500.00 deposit ($1,000 refundable security deposit and $500 refundable cleaning deposit). Small pets can be consider providing additional fees and deposits are agreed upon. The renter is responsible for the payment of all utilities ($200/month), which is included in the base rent, and is required to pay all required deposits prior to moving in.
