The well known beach on Lido Key is only a 5 minute drive away and offers you a long walk up to the peak of Longboat Key on the one side and to Siesta Key on the other side. Here you can enjoy the warm water of the Gulf of Mexico as well as beautiful sunsets. Only 3 minutes away you can reach the popular St. Armands Circle. Here you find many different shops and restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's a wonderful spot to go for a stroll. The Main Street with its beautiful art galleries, shops and restaurants can be reached by a nice walk over the bridge to Downtown. The house itself offers you an open floor plan with a formal living room, a grand formal dining area, a family room with a large TV as well as a small breakfast area that is connected to the full equipped kitchen.
