The studio offers a balcony overlooking the marsh to view beautiful sunsets. It has been recently renovated with new flooring & paint. The unit has one queen bed, a twin futon sofa, nicely equipped efficiency kitchenette (no stove) and full bath. It sleeps 2-3 and comes with 1 parking spot. Linens, WiFi, and cable TV are included. The kitchenette is stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, hot plate, Keurig, plates, glasses, and utensils. Coin laundry is also available on the same floor. The condo is just a short 5 minute walk to Seabrook NH or Salisbury MA beaches. There are restaurants, ice cream, a mini-mart and Dunkin within walking distance and it is conveniently located just over two miles to Hampton Beach center to the North or Salisbury Beach center to the south. This is a NON SMOKING building. Sorry NO PETS. This is a short term winter rental through mid May 2025. All utilities included. Tenant check required. Rent is $1500 per month. Refundable $250 security deposit. $125 cleaning fee.
