There is a yard, though it needs work; an earlier owner left growing beds that you are welcome to enjoy. Parking is on outdoor driveway. There is a cat in the shared space; not taking any other pets. The home is in the south Auburn area, approximately .6mi from Old Town, Auburn's Saturday Market, and the American River Canyon Overlook Park and all of its trails. Easy access to Auburn Folsom Rd and to I-80 (from south, closest access for I-80 is at Exit 115, Newcastle Rd). I am a single professional woman who works in natural resource conservation as a field scientist. I'm looking to share with someone who is respectful, kind, honest, somewhat self-aware, and basically clean & tidy. No pets, as I have an indoor cat who is extremely timid. It will be easy to keep him out of your space if that's what you wish, but he will have access to all the shared spaces. Costs: $1000/month plus half the electric (PG&E). Additional move-in deposit is $1500. Renter's insurance required. If you visit and we are both interested in your moving in, we'll complete an application form for a background check, which is $40 paid at time of interview/visit. Renter's insurance required.
