It features two master suites, one with a king-size bed and luxury bathroom, and a kids' bunk suite with toys, a TV, and a game console. Enjoy the game room with a large screen TV, bar area, and pool table, as well as a fenced yard for pets. This home will make you say wow! Split into two levels, it offers spacious living with two master suites located upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs master suite features a king-size bed, a luxury bathroom, and a private sitting area on the deck. Kids will love their own bunk suite with two bunks, toys, a TV, and a game console. The chef's dream kitchen is equipped with the latest kitchen electronics, including a Ninja food processor, coffee maker, pancake and waffle makers, and more. The dining room table comfortably seats six guests, with extra folding chairs available. Pets are welcome with a $100 per pet fee. The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $289 plus tax. Basic starter supplies are included, such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, towels, linens, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Enjoy a short 3-minute walk to a gorgeous white sand beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and two bikes are provided for your enjoyment and exploring the area. Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 pm and check-out time is anytime before 10:00 am. Beach equipment is located in the storage garage on the left side of the front door. Kindly wash the sand off the furniture before returning it to the storage area. Trash days are Monday and Thursday, pool cleaning is on Thursdays, and lawn mowing is on Wednesdays. A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your stay and receive check-in instructions. The pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi-week stays. Please inform us ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
