Kitchen has a full-size stove and refrigerator and everything necessary to cook a meal. The home is located in a small community of four other homes occupied by friendly locals. Caretaker lives within walking distance for any urgent issues. $200 non-refundable pet fee, no more than 1 small pet. Applicants subject to background check and credit check.
