The house comes with access to a large clean shed, large front porch, plenty of parking and a large yard. The house is located on a very quiet side street but within walking distance to downtown Wakefield, South County Bike Path, South Kingstown Town Hall, several churches and the bus line. It is a very easy drive to URI, Narragansett Pier, Jamestown, Newport, Charlestown and North Kingstown. We will consider pets on a case by case basis. We are looking for very quiet, long term tenants. No smoking please. Tenant pays all utilities, pets are possible on a case by case basis.
