With this room, you will have access to the common area living room, kitchen, front and back porches, basement, and 2 bathrooms. Rent is $650 and that includes all utilities, WiFi, a bed in your room and a mini fridge. Upfront, you will need $650 for 1 months rent plus $650 for security deposit, $1,300 total due when we sign the lease. If this post is still up, that means we still have rooms available.
