It has a large full Kitchen with a Gas Stove, Dishwasher, Disposal, above range microwave and French door Fridge. Dinning Room , Living Room and Office with Stained glass and french doors with 1/2 bath all on 2nd floor. Bedrooms are on the Third. One large Bedroom with partial city views in winter,Two smaller Bedrooms with slanted ceilings Bathroom with Shower and Washer Dryer. Historic house built in 1850. This was the Spillman Estate. This home was here before roads were built ,before the flood of 1938 ,It was here during the American civil war. NO Ghost that we have seen. We love it and its tall ceilings, inactive fireplaces,many large windows and we are close to everything. The neighborhood is growing nicer and nicer and we hope to share our home with someone who loves at as much as we do. Last tenants stayed with us until buying their own place. We are looking for long term tenants. 1 Year lease is min.
