During inclement weather months any snow or ice that accumulates on front pavement or steps of property is the responsible of the Lessee to remove any hazardous conditions to prevent any injuries to yourself or others. On the date the specified lease term expires, the property reverts back to the Owners and Lessee must be out of the property by 12p. This contract and the terms will be firmly enforced and any breaches of agreed to the terms of contract are subject to Owners terminating the Lease early before expiration date.
