Master bedroom has a king size bed with 40 inch flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and private shower bathroom. Guest bedroom has a full size bed with walk in closet. Guest bath has tub and shower. Living room has wrap-around ocean views, overlooking the pool, with 55 inch flat screen TV that includes HBO. Washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen has quartz countertops, glass-top stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and more. Dining table seats six, plus two at the kitchen counter. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. This is our second home. We enjoy the beauty of the beach throughout the off-season and share it with select tenants during the winter. We prefer a three month rental, but are flexible. It has everything you need for a beautiful, restful winter season. The views are stunning. The island decor is comfortable, and there is great local shopping and dining, but it's really all about the view. Includes water, garbage, electric, cable TV including HBO, wireless internet. Damage deposit of $1000, cleaning deposit of $100, $150 application fee to condo association, plus 12% state and county taxes. Half the total rental due at signing. Remainder of total rental due 2 weeks before move-in. Cleaning and damage deposits refundable if unit is undamaged and left "move in clean."
