The hot water tank was replaced with a high efficiency one in April and is under warranty until 2024. We added 2 sheds in the rear of the yard for extra storage, and a separate lawn & garden storage. This has a nest wifi enabled thermostat so you can maintain the temperature of the house from anywhere you have your phone. It also has a nest doorbell which allows you to see who is at the door when you are not home. We installed a new vanity in the master bathroom, and custom closet space in the master bedroom. In the laundry room we installed the nice cabinets above the washer and dryer to allow for a clean look of storing extra things like toilet paper etc.
