Smoking Policy No smoking is permitted indoors or outdoors anywhere on the property. 5. Move-Out Notice Tenant must provide a minimum of sixty (60) days' written notice prior to moving out. Failure to provide 60 days' notice will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. 6. Minimum Rental Term Tenant agrees to a minimum rental term of three (3) months. Early termination of the lease before the 3-month minimum may result in loss of the security deposit and/or additional penalties as specified in the rental agreement.
