Next is a hallway leading to the basement and attached garage. There is some additional space in the garage for storage. House has a large open porch, with large mature trees on a small lot. The house also has a small back yard which is fairly private with a fence on one side, the house on two sides, and an open area leading to the yard of the house next door. House has central AC, an attached, garage, and a small fenced in yard area. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Pet deposit is $750 plus $25 per animal added to monthly rent.
