My wife and I and our two sons have lived at this residence for over 14 years. It is a great neighborhood that has older homes that were built from the 1890s thru the 1930s. You'll find that it is within walking distance of downtown and it is a safe and pleasant walking neighborhood. We allow pets at the apartment and have a couple of dogs ourselves (Wilma and Otis). Both are Golden Doodles and are quite friendly. The apartment has a washer and dryer in it and is a basement/garden level apartment that has full sized egress windows that let in plenty of light. We are renting it as a fully furnished unit but there is room to bring in a limited amount of your own furniture if you so choose. Leon and Carrie Utilities are included. The lease will be on a month to month basis. There is a cleaning fee of $150 that is non refundable.
