After the first month your monthly rent will be $474. ALSO 1 bedroom (Apt#11): Very clean & bright apartment. To move in on your very first month you will only pay $305 for rent! (this is your rent minus $150 Winter credit) and a security deposit of $455 will be collected upon successful leasing. After the first month your monthly rent will be $455. ALSO 2 bedroom (Apt#13): Big Apt with Allure floors, clean & bright apartment. To move in on your very first month you will only pay $420 for rent! (this is your rent minus $150 Winter credit) and a security deposit of $570 will be collected upon successful leasing. After the first month your monthly rent will be $570.
