In addition, you can share the 500 square foot kitchen & living room areas on the first floor with the owner. Owner is only present rarely, approximately one week every two months, so you will have the entire home to yourself most of the time. The owner area is the bedroom and bathroom on the second floor and not included in the rental. There is a nice yard with grass and landscaping, and an automatic sprinkler system. Tenant is expected to help maintain the yard in both summer and winter. No pets please No smoking please The monthly price is for a 6 month lease.
