Occupant of this rooom may also use the basement level entrance, while other occupants will be using the main floor entrance. Some storage space is available on a first-come first-served basis. Common areas are located on the main level and include the kitchen, dining room, living room and a powder room. There is also outdoor patio space. The neighborhood has many outdoor areas as well, including 3 pickle ball courts, pocket parks, gazebos, sidewalks, tot lots, corn hole and even a putting green!
