The house is in a quiet neighborhood in Wyoming, located on a cul-de-sac. It has a big backyard, and deck. It's about 8-10 mins from Downtown Grand Rapids and Rivertown Crossings Mall. There are grocery stores and fast food places close by as well. Shared expenses so rent is $750 a month (all utilities included) OR $850 for furnished room. There is a security deposit of $800.
