All bills will be divided among the residents in the house. For example, if there a water bill of $100 and two people are sharing the house, each person, would contribute $50 towards that bill. During your first month of stay at the house. You will need to make a security deposit of $550, along with another $550 as rent at the end of the month (total for the first month of staying is $1100).
