One bedroom / one bath living space for rent behind our house. Tenants will have access to side and back entrances to the space. Our property is located near USC, Staples Center, and Downtown LA. We are asking for $1600 a month for rent with all utilities included. Rental application with a basic credit check- $40 (This fee strictly covers the cost of running the credit report) $1600 security deposit Restrictions- All persons staying at the property more that 30 days will be required to submit a rental application with a basic credit check and pay the $40 fee. My wife and I live in the front house on the property. We both work so we obviously are not looking for hard partying tenants or a lot of random foot traffic from unknown people. The apartment is ideal for someone with a somewhat consistent schedule and a regular group of friends. We are not interested in telling folks how to live! We are very laid back. The back part of our property is shared a common area so tenants would interact with often us. All utilities (water, gas, electric, trash)
