I currently live down the street so I am available to help out very easily. Home is currently being rented by a trusted friend of owner. Current tenant is clean, quiet, friendly, and organized. Current tenant is paid through December. Current tenant has primary suite and bathroom as private area for them. Renting two spare rooms as a package deal, can use both as a bedroom/ storage, one can be used as an office or hangout area. Shared spaces include large kitchen(fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher included), with walk in pantry, dining room, great room, laundry(washer and dryer included), and full unfinished basement for storage needs. Currently no pets in home, but I allow pets with refundable deposit. Home has fenced in yard, with back patio, and attached 2 car garage. The fence in yard also has invisible fence as well to be available for pets if needed. Looking for month to month tenant, if it is a good fit between tenants, current tenant would be willing to extend for 6 months to a year. If current tenant after December decides to leave, entire home will be available for rent at that time. I am available for tours most evenings as would current tenant.
