Pet Deposit: Refundable $250.00 to be refunded within 30 days of vacating if it is found that there is no damage other than normal wear and usage; effort made to maintain peaceful environment with normal barking/or meowing that is not prolonged and unattended to within reason, monitoring in yard as to keep them from digging in gardens/ plants etc, maintaining waist free yard and garage, monitor with rugs, pillows, sofas, lamps and spreads and anticipate removal or protect to prevent from damage. Also a pet cleaning fee of $150.00 will be deducted from Security deposit if in good standing.
