There is a lifetime guarentee on the waterproofing of the basement that was done.
Neighborhood Description
It's in walking distance to a park, bus line, restaurants, grocery, hardware store, mechanic, pharmacy, and Ester Price Chocolates. It's a great neighborhood on a quiet street. There is a jogging path right down the street in the park as well as basketball courts and a childrens play area. There are sidewalks and signaled crosswalks on main intersections which make it possible to walk where needed. They have recently updated the downtown area which includes at the end of our street and they have more plans in the works to make the area that our house is in more upscale.
