In the basement you will find 2 additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large family room with a walk-out to the back patio. There is storage under the stairs and easy access to utilities. We replaced the water heater and AC unit in the last two years. **For families with dogs there is a dog door through the downstairs wall with access to the back yard. The two car garage has some overhead storage rack space and there are two metal storage shelves. The back yard no longer has the play set (from the photos) and has new rock landscaping with a small grass patch in the middle. **We have had several sessions of a professional lawn service come and rehabilitate the back yard.
