The Tecolote Nest includes all utilities, and Wi-Fi. The pocket doors slide the entire length of the living room; you'll walk out onto a desk with an outdoor dining table that seats 8. The backyard area is enclosed by a short, capped wall and filled with turf for plenty of lawn games. The lightning at night is spectacular; enjoy the lit-up palm trees and sting lights overhead. Dogs only allowed, no cats. Yard is partially fenced. Under the stairs, you'll find a pack n play if you have a little one. On the side of the house in the shed, you'll find plenty of beach fun items, such as, an inflatable paddle board, a boogie board, an easy up. Plenty of street parking, and one drive way parking spot. Smart lock entry. Conveniently located less than 2 miles to the 5 freeway, 52 freeway, and brand new Balboa Metro station. Also close to Clairemont Town Square with grocery stores, restaurants, clothing stores, and much more.. Centrally located in San Diego; quick drive to beach, downtown and Balboa Park. 1-5 month leases available. No smoking allowed in the house or on the property. We typically do short term rentals in this furnished house, this is ideal for business relocator getting to know the area or project manager in town for a couple of months, somebody on sabbatical teaching at the university, retirees, visiting family. The house is available only until the end of May. We tend to use it in the summer for family and friends to visit.
