Leading out to the backyard you will find a beautiful pool/spa and a furnished patio to allow for relaxation. Two rooms have a jack and Jill bathroom style setup. With a half bathroom located in the hallway. The master bedroom is very spacious with a walk in closet, separate toilet area, a large bathtub and a separate large shower with double vanity sink. Owner will pay for water. Renter is responsible for gas, electric, and trash. No smoking allowed in the home. Up to one small dog allowed. A cleaning fee will be charged at the end of move out if smoking inside the property has occurred. Any damages acquired during the stay, from person or animal will be calculated and required to pay by the renter if exceeding the deposit dollar amount. 30+ day notice is required when breaking the lease or fee will be applied.
